Ute Tribe takes energy company to New York Stock Exchange

The Ute Tribe of Utah is headed to Wall Street.
Ute Energy Corp., the tribe's energy development entity, is seeking to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering, Marketwatch reported. The company wants to trade under the "UTE" symbol on the New York Stock Exchange.
The company operates on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
