White supremacist enters a plea after threatening Indian man

A White supremacist who claims he is part Indian pleaded no contest for an incident in which he allegedly threatened an Indian man with a gun.

Allen Goff, 19, was originally charged with felony assault with a weapon. The victim said Goff pointed a gun at him at a parking lot in Billings, Montana.

But Goff avoided the felony by pleading no contest to a misdemeanor count of obstruction. He was ordered to serve 40 days in jail but received credit for the time he already served.

Last year, Goff was acquitted of shooting a Hispanic teenager. During the trial, he claimed to be part Indian and part Jewish.

The Montana Human Rights Network says Goff is one of the local leaders of The Creativity Movement, a White supremacist group.
