Hacking group relesaes Indian officer discrimination complaint

A group of hackers that's been targeting the Arizona Department of Public Safety says an Indian officer's discrimination complaint is an example of racism there.

Joseph Wilson, a member of the Navajo Nation , filed a complaint with the department and with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission He said he was treated differently almost from the start of his employment due to his Indian status and as a resident of the reservation.

Wilson said he was further subjected to discrimination when he complained that other officers were ticketing tribal members in state court rather than Navajo Nation court. He was placed on administrative duty and was later forced to give up his badge, according to his EEOC complaint.

The documents were released by Anonymous, a hacking group that said it was disbanding.
