Osage Nation awarded $500K grant to build apartment units

The Osage Nation has received a $500,000 grant from the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency.

The tribe will use the money to build four rental apartment units in Pawhuska. The units will be available to all income-qualified applicants, not just tribal members.

The tribe has built $3 million in housing in Osage County, the executive director of the Osage Housing Authority said.
