Supreme Court posts audio in Jicarilla Apache trust case





The U.S. Supreme Court has posted the audio from the oral argument in US v. Jicarilla Apache Nation, a fiduciary trust case.

The justices heard the case on April 20. They will determine whether the the Interior Department has an obligation to turn over certain trust documents to the Jicarilla Apache Nation of New Mexico.

The hearing lasted about an hour. The audio can be streamed or downloaded in various formats.
