Standing Rock Sioux woman charged with second-degree murder

A woman from the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation has been charged with second-degree murder.

Ivanna Red Bow, 26, is accused of stabbing her boyfriend, Loren Jay Uses Arrow, 23, on December 30. He later died at an Indian Health Service hospital on the reservation.

Red Bow said she stabbed Uses Arrow in self-defense. She said the two had gotten into an argument that turned physical.
