Dallas Massey, the former chairman of the White Mountain Apache Tribe of Arizona, is seeking severance pay after being terminated as head of tribal housing.
Massey says his removal violated tribal policy. He wants about $126,000 in severance pay but Lupe doesn't seem to think the tribe is going to be cutting any checks soon.
