Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe swears in Kevin Keckler as new leader
The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota has a new leader.

Kevin Keckler was sworn in as chairman this morning. He defeated Derek Bartlett for the post.

Former chairman Joseph Brings Plenty decided not to run for re-election.
