Only 100 votes separate the two candidates for chairman of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe of South Dakota.
According to unofficial results Kevin C. Keckler has 1,026 votes. Derek Bartlett has 926 votes.
With 255 challenge ballots still in play, the outcome of the race could change. Candidates have until Friday to file a protest.
