County sets up two polling places for Spirit Lake Dakotah Nation
Members of the Spirit Lake Dakotah Nation of North Dakota will have two places to cast their ballots on November 2.

The tribe went to court after Benson County decided to close all polling sites except for one. A federal judge ruled that Indian voters would be disenfranchised if they weren't able to vote on the reservation.

The tribe is offering free rides to anyone who needs to vote next Tuesday.
