Survey examines attitudes of Native youth throughout Canada
A new survey takes a look at the attitudes and concerns of Native youth in comparison to other youth in Canada.

Project Teen Canada surveyed nearly 650 Native youth on and off reserves. It found that Native youth are more likely to consider themselves facing "very serious" problems compared to non-Natives.

The problems included suicide, child abuse, gang activity and violence against women.

The survey also found that Native youth have greater "personal concerns" than others.
