OSHA investigates workplace death at Yakama Nation's business
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the death of an employee at a sawmill owned by the Yakama Nation of Washington.

James Espinoza, 62, died on September 9. He worked at Yakama Forest Products and was the second employee to die at the mill within a year.

OSHA has inspected the mill and a complete investigation will likely take months, an area director told The Yakima Herald-Republic.
