Cheyenne River Sioux man charged with intent to commit murder
A man from the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation in South Dakota pleaded not guilty in federal court to four charges.

Charles Moran, 33, is charged with first-degree burglary, assault with intent to commit murder, assault with a dangerous weapon and assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He is accused of attacking a woman inside her home last December.

Moran faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of the charges.
