Haskell University with acting president after eight months
It's been eight months since Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas has been under an acting president.

Linda Sue Warner, a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, was sent to Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute in New Mexico last September. She was there for three months before being sent to a Bureau of Indian Education post in Oklahoma.

In the meantime, Haskell has seen three acting presidents. A fourth was just appointed, though its actually Chris Redman, who served as acting president last year.

Warner will stay in Oklahoma City until Keith Moore, the new director of the BIE, decides her fate. Moore starts work on June 1.
