Witness list for Senate hearing on draft Indian energy bill
The Senate Indian Affairs Committee holds a hearing tomorrow to discuss an Indian energy bill.

Sen. Dorgan (D-North Dakota), the chairman of the committee, released a draft discussion of the Indian Energy Promotion and Parity Act on March 12. The proposed bill addresses obstacles to Indian energy development, promotes Indian energy development and increases energy efficiency programs in Indian Country.

The hearing takes place at 2:15pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
