A Michigan woman was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison and three years of supervised release for drug trafficking on the Isabella Reservation of the Saginaw Chippewa Tribe.
Shannon Marie Mejia, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing cocaine. She admitted she sold a total of 41.37 grams of cocaine to an undercover agent.
News reports did not say whether Mejia is a tribal member.
