Oglala Sioux Tribe amends employee drug test plan
The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota amended its plans to test all employees for drugs.

Employees with hair too short for a follicle test will have to submit to a urine drug test and a follow-up test. Also, the tribe gave itself until May 1 to implement the program in order to secure funding.

More than 750 employees will be affected by the new policy.
