The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota approved drug testing for all employees.
But the testing won't occur unless the tribe finds funding and develops an implementation plan by the end of this month. More than 750 employees would be affected.
The tribe previously required council members to undergo drug testing but the policy was halted amid complaints.
