Northern Arapaho Tribe backs man in jurisdiction case
The Northern Arapaho Tribe of Wyoming is supporting the appeal of a tribal member who was convicted of murdering his daughter.

Andrew Yellowbear Jr. was convicted in state court. The incident occurred in Riverton, a border town that the tribe says remains Indian Country.

The case is before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
