BIA spends $13.6M to replace aging Pine Ridge school
The Bureau of Indian Affairs will begin construction next spring to replace the 60-year-old Loneman School on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.

The project, which will cost $13.6 million, includes classrooms, kitchen facilities, cafeteria and a gym. The BIA is also paying for renovations at the school.

Construction is expected to last about 14 months.
