Oneida Nation welcomes Obama to Wisconsin
President Barack Obama is headed to Wisconsin today to talk about health care reform and the Oneida Nation will be there to welcome him.

After he holds a town hall at a public school in Green Bay, Obama will meet privately with a group of people. Oneida Nation Vice Chair Kathy Hughes will be there and plans to advocate for Indian Country.

"I want to make sure that the Indian Health Service is an integral part of reform," Hughes told Gannett Wisconsin Media.

"I've never received this kind of honor before to be able to have some one on one time with the President of the United States," Hughes told Fox 11 News.
