Turtle Talk Poll: Odds on next Supreme Court case
The third Turtle Talk poll asks readers whether they think the U.S. Supreme Court will agree to hear Navajo Nation v. U.S. Forest Service.

A coalition of tribes say the U.S. Forest Service violated their religious rights by approving the use of reclaimed wastewater to make snow in the sacred San Francisco Peaks in Arizona. An en banc panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the claim last August.

The tribe filed a petition for certiorari in January but the Department of Justice has yet to submit its views. The response is due by May 8.
