Missing BIA title document from 1929 located
A Bureau of Indian Affairs title document that documented the sale of tribal land in 1929 has been located.

The missing document was preventing the development of a park in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Somehow, it turned up, although it's not clear where, or who discovered it.

The approximately one-acre site was sold by Nambe Pueblo to a family in 1929. The county bought it for $285,000 last year.
