Pueblos ask train passengers not to take pictures
Passengers on New Mexico's new railroad service are being asked not to take pictures while the train passes through two reservations.

Santo Domingo and San Felipe Pueblo are along the Rail Runner Express route from Santa Fe to Albuquerque. The tribes say they want to protect their culture and privacy.

"We really don't want anyone to commercialize any of our cultural sites," San Felipe tribal administrator Bruce Garcia told The Santa Fe New Mexican. "We have impromptu cultural activities that we certainly don't want the outside world — so to speak — to take pictures of, and then we see them on the Internet or somewhere."

The train also passes through Sandia Pueblo as it gets to Albuquerque and goes through Isleta Pueblo south of Albuquerque.
