Police investigate Crow chairman's accident
The Montana Highway Patrol said Carl Venne, the chairman of the Crow Tribe, was involved in a one-car accident on Saturday.

Venne's blood was taken to determine if alcohol or medication affected his driving. A trooper told KULR-8 there was no obvious reason for the accident.

Venne was the top vote-getter in the tribe's recent primary. The general election takes place November 4.
