Lawrence "Pete" Big Hair, a member of the Crow Tribe of Montana, will learn his fate as Big Horn County sheriff on November 4. Big Hair faces a slew of allegations related to his job performance. Residents say he is incompetent, hired unqualified people and violated a code of ethics. Big Hair, who has not commented about the recall, is reportedly under investigation by the Montana Department of Justice, The Billings Gazette reported.
