Sen. John Thune (R-South Dakota) will host a tribal roundtable in South Dakota tomorrow.

Thune plans to hear from tribes on law enforcement, health care and other issues. He said his last roundtable led him to sponsor a $2 billion package for Indian Country that was signed into law last week and to co-sponsor the Tribal Law and Order Act.

"It is my hope that this year’s meeting will give me an opportunity to receive feedback on what has been done in the past year and what can be done in the future," said Thune.

The roundtable takes place at 2pm at the Holiday Inn Express in Fort Pierre.
