Colville Tribes move to four-day work week
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation approved a four-day work week for many of its employees.

The change is expected to help employees lower their commuting costs and help the tribe lower energy costs. The new work week starts in October.

The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan and the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of Montana are testing out shorter work weeks to address energy and fuel costs.
