An Indian charter school on the Rincon Reservation in southern California is reorganizing amid concerns about its financial status.
The All Tribes American Indian Charter School will reopen in the fall with a new structure. It's not entirely clear what form it will take, the school's lawyer said.
The Valley Center-Pauma Unified School District revoked the school's charter after raising questions about financial management. The school has a budget of $800,000.
The school serves about 60 students in grades six through 12. It is not directly affiliated with any tribes.
