Indian women in Minnesota had the second highest rate of abortions, the state Health Department reported.
The rate among Indian women was 21.5 per 100. That was about half the rate for African-American women (48.8) and higher than the rate for white women (14.1)
Overall, the abortion rate was down slightly in 2007, the state said.
