Top two leaders at Sandia Pueblo abruptly resign
The top two leaders at Sandia Pueblo in New Mexico abruptly resigned this week after just six months on the job.

Gov. Robert Montoya and Lt. Gov. Ryan Paisano were appointed in January. The tribe did not say why they left their posts. New leaders will be named soon, the tribe said.

The tribe is located outside of Albuquerque.
