Navajo marine shares culture across the world
Aaron Eldridge, a member of the Navajo Nation, is enjoying his service in the U.S. Marines.

Eldridge, 20, enlisted right after he finished high school in 2005. He's been stationed in Japan and Thailand, where he is currently assisting people in Myanmar who are affected by Cyclone Nargis.

"My expectations were to further my education, travel the world and experience other cultures," Eldridge told The Farmington Daily Times. "I'm Native American, so I like to share my culture with them."

Eldridge comes from a family of military service members.
