Emily Anne Saupitty, a former official for the Apache Tribe of Oklahoma, has been charged with 33 counts of embezzlement.
Saupitty is accused of setting up a bank account for the Apache Tax Commission. She used the account to take $46,000 from the tribe, federal prosecutors said.
