Cocopah Tribe buys property for $9M in cash
The Cocopah Tribe paid $9 million -- in cash -- for a long-vacant building in Yuma, Arizona.

The building once housed a K-Mart but the store closed in 2003. Since then, it's been sitting vacant.

The tribe bought the building from a developer who paid $2.5 million for it in 2003. A spokesperson said the tribe hasn't made any plans for the site.
