An Indian family has filed suit against the school district in Sioux City, Iowa, over alleged bullying.
Ricky White Thunder, 14, and his sister, Jackie White Thunder, 15 say they told school officials of threats against them. But the say the school did nothing to address them.
As a result, the White Thunders say they were beaten up by alleged gang members. The two students say they refused to join a gang.
