Indian superdelegate from Montana backs Obama

Montana Rep. Margarett Campbell, a member of the Assiniboine Tribe of Montana, is backing Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois) for president.

Campbell is a superdelegate for the Democratic party. She said she decided on Obama after meeting tribal leaders, who urged her to back the candidate.

However, Campbell says she will change her vote if Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-New York) wins the state's Democratic primary on June 3.

Campbell's district includes the Fort Peck Reservation, home to the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes.
