Gila River Tribe, state form emergency commission

The Gila River Indian Community and the state of Arizona have created what is being billed as the first tribal-state emergency response commission in the nation.

The tribe and the state will share information about hazardous materials. The information will be used to help emergency planners and first responders address chemical emergencies.
