Dine College on the Navajo Nation will use a $5 million capital outlay grant from the state of New Mexico for a new library.
The library will be located at the Shiprock, New Mexico, branch of the college. It's part of an ongoing effort to move the branch to a new facility.
The money was included in a $341 million capital outlay bill signed by Gov. Bill Richardson (D) on Wednesday.
