Sen. Clinton wins primaries in Ohio and Texas

Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-New York) won the Ohio and Texas primaries on Tuesday, breaking the winning streak of Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois).

Clinton won Ohio with 56 percent of the vote and Texas with 51 percent of the vote. She also won Rhode Island but lost to Obama in Vermont.

Clinton remains confident that she can secure the Democratic nomination despite a string of losses to Obama. Obama says he is on his way to winning the nomination.
