Massacre of Indians investigated in Ecuador
A reported massacre of 15 Indians is under investigation in Ecuador.

Local media and indigenous leaders say loggers killed 15 members of the Taromenani Tribe. Government officials say they are trying to substantiate the reports.

The Taromenani live in the Amazon jungle.
