Letter: Remove all Northern Cheyenne leaders

"All Northern Cheyenne tribal members are aware of the situation between the tribal president and the Tribal Council's failure to reach reconciliation to work together as elected officials. In the tribal constitution and bylaws, and the system of operations, it clearly states that the duties and responsibilities of the tribal president, vice president, sergeant-at-arms and the quorum of the Tribal Council. It now brings to the attention of the tribal members of the Northern Cheyenne Reservation that these officials are in violation of the Northern Cheyenne tribal constitution and bylaws, and the Ordinance 5(97) system of operations.

They have violated the tribal constitutional mandate monthly meeting since July 2007. They have failed for reconciliation as a body of elected officials. Both the executive branch and legislative branch have manipulated the separation of powers, namely with the Tribal Court systems. Both parties have violated the code of ethics for unethical conduct for not discharging the duties and exercising their powers of office in good faith and in a manner for the best interest of the tribe."
