Hollow Water First Nation to remove blockade

The Hollow Water First Nation of Manitoba has agreed to remove a blockade that band members kept up for nearly two months.

The blockade began in mid-September. The band said it wasn't consulted about a housing development on traditional land.

The government has agreed to discuss a possible land-use agreement. The first meeting is set to take place today.
