Wind River woman indicted for children's deaths

A woman on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming has been charged in federal court for the deaths of her two children.

Shawnda Macrista Frazier faces two charges of involuntary manslaughter and one count of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. She was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance when her vehicle was involved in an accident on July 14.

Elena Jade Frazier, 4, and SnowShield TalksDifferent, an infant boy, died as a result of the accident. They were apparently ejected from the car. Frazier and two other occupants of the car survived.
