The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut has agreed to sell an off-reservation hotel.
The tribe purchased the Hilton in Mystic in 1996 for $18 million. The 184-room hotel will be sold for an undisclosed sum to a real estate company.
The 120,000-square-foot hotel site sits on a 9-acre site and includes a restaurant, lounge and banquet space.
