The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana is turning to technology to keep its traditions alive.
The tribe has been working with Red Knight Learning Systems, a gaming development firm, to create a digital cultural center. The 10,000 square-foot facility will feature video games, interactive exhibits and virtual reality programs to immerse visitors in Coushatta culture.
The Coushatta Heritage Center is expected to open in fall 2008.
