Satire: Tribe found living inside Wyoming mountain

"A mountainous area with a top resembling the top of an hour glass has been found to be the home of an ancient Indian tribe. Our western affairs reporter is apparently the first modern day person to be allowed out of the ancient enclave alive.

Some children who had been fishing near the site had stumbled onto the isolated village which is almost completely surrounded by natural rock walls. There is only one narrow path leading into the area. The children had become friends with some of the Indian children and they had learned how to carry on basic conversations with each other. They had learned that years ago some other white men had found their way in but had never been allowed to return to the outside world.

The Indians inside are well aware of things like airplanes and other modern day devices but have chosen not to become involved with the outside world. They seem perfectly content to use tools made from obsidian and flint and hunt with spears thrown by a throwing stick known as an atlatl. There is a large fish filled pond fed by a stream which runs out of a spring inside their sanctuary."
