Hearing on Cobell historical accounting trial

The second status conference for the Cobell historical accounting trial takes place this afternoon.

Judge James Robertson is trying to sort out some issues before the October trial. The Cobell plaintiffs and the federal government disagree on the scope and nature of the accounting of billions of dollars in Indian funds.

The hearing takes place at 3pm in Courtroom 23A of the federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.
