Swedish museum returns remains to Aborigines

A delegation of Australian Aborigines traveled to Sweden to accept the remains of tribal ancestors that were stolen from their graves.

The remains of at least 15 Aborigines were smuggled out of Australia in the early 1900s by a Swedish zoologist, who dug up the graves and took off the flesh. The bones ended up in Sweden's Museum of Ethnography.

The remains will be reburied according to tribal custom.
