In the last federal election, the Roseau River First Nation in Manitoba had a 100 percent voter turnout but some politicians are crying foul.
The tribe offered up to $30 in a combination of cash and coupons to tribal members who voted. Chief Terry Nelson says the incentive included $10 cash.
The Conservative Party is calling for an investigation. Nelson supports the rival Liberal Party.
