Stillaguamish Tribe wants animal shelter to leave

The Stillaguamish Tribe of Washington has given a troubled no-kill animal shelter 90 days to leave tribal property.

The tribe's executive director says complaints about barking dogs prompted the action. One neighbor described the shelter as "chaos."

The shelter was forced to move from its original location due to debts and other problems. The tribe offered space on a 20-acre property, part of which is being used for a casino.
